Matt Wallach is the staff product manager of the Opportunity Discovery and Technology Adoption (ODTA) team at Toyota Research Institute (TRI) where he supports transferring TRI’s capabilities to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and beyond. As product manager, his responsibilities include requirements gathering, marketing, business development, and collaborating with research teams to deliver cutting-edge capabilities and ensure they are well positioned for adoption.

Prior to joining TRI, Matt spent eight years with BMW Manufacturing, where he led the Total Vehicle Validation team.

Matt earned his Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Dartmouth College.
