Dr. Alexandre Filipowicz
Dr. Alexandre Filipowicz is a staff research scientist on the Carbon Neutrality team within the Human-Centered AI (HCAI) division at Toyota Research Institute (TRI). At TRI, Dr. Filipowicz specializes in applying behavioral analysis and computational modeling tools to better understand and predict human decision-making.
Before joining TRI, Dr. Filipowicz worked as a postdoctoral fellow in the Computational Neuroscience Initiative at the University of Pennsylvania, where he studied the neural and computational basis of human decision-making.
Prior to his postdoctoral work, Dr. Filipowicz attended the University of Waterloo where he completed a Ph.D. and M.A. in cognitive neuroscience, a Graduate Diploma in theoretical neuroscience, and a B.A. in psychology.
