Phoebe Horgan (she/her) is a research operations specialist on the Prototyping and Research Operations (PROps) team at Toyota Research Institute (TRI). During her time at TRI, she has supported many different robotics projects, with contributions ranging from test operations and logistics to safety documentation and hardware support.

Prior to joining TRI, Phoebe worked to promote grassroots internationalization as a coordinator for international relations in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. She has a B.A. in Japanese language and comparative literature from Boston University.
