Mary Breiter is Vice President of Finance at Toyota Research Institute (TRI). Mary oversees TRI’s Finance department, including Accounting, FP&A, and Procurement.

Mary has over 20 years of experience in key financial roles with  expertise in leading finance departments to take an interdepartmental approach to financial planning and strategy implementation. She has implemented new systems, policies, and procedures throughout her tenure to improve financial operations and outcomes.

Mary began her career at Ernst & Young, where she provided business assurance services to clients ranging from start-up companies to multi-national public corporations in the technology, broadcasting, sports, semiconductor, biotechnology, venture capital, and non-profit industries. Breiter then worked at Hologic as International Finance Manager and, most recently, at New England Sports Network (NESN) before joining TRI in 2022.

Mary holds an undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross and an Executive MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
